Dan Eddins Jr.
Dan Eddins was born and raised in Portland, TX and he graduated from GP high school in 2001. He is an involved father of 2 boys, ages 6 and 9. He also enjoys spending his leisure time with his Texas Heeler named Bee and taking his boys outdoors golfing and fishing. Dan worked in the oilfield for 7 years as a Thread Representative while purchasing and renovating rental properties on the side. Once he decided to move on from his career in the oilfield, he focused on construction and remodeling homes. Then he decided to further his abilities by pursuing a career as a real estate appraiser. While working as a real estate appraiser he realized his talents would best be served by becoming a real estate agent and helping people find a home. Dan’s knowledge of the Coastal Bend housing market and his experience in remodeling homes allows him to have an edge in helping his clients find the home of their dreams. Knowing that communication is key, Dan maintains flexibility in his schedule, providing prompt communication with all of his clients any time of the day.
